SponsorDear Business Owner /Manager, It’s hard to believe summer is almost here! The warmer temperatures, outdoor activities, vacations, and extra time to spend with family are eagerly anticipated. What favorite summertime experience are you looking forward to? Our church is excited about our 4th annual community event we are hosting at the Washington Park Main Pavilion from June 27-30. We are busy planning for our “Adventure at the Park” event: a Vacation Bible School program for preschool and elementary children. Last year we had 175 children attend our event. We are planning for at least 200 children to participate in “Adventure at the Park” this year. It is our desire to offer all of the activities at no cost to the families in our community. We will also be providing free bus transportation for several children in the surrounding area. To help defray the costs of this large endeavor, we are seeking sponsors. We need your help! Would you consider donating to our event? Food, crafts, transportation, t-shirts for volunteers, and gifts for each child are examples of what your donation would accomplish at our event. Any donation would be greatly appreciated! All businesses who choose to support us will be promoted on our t-shirts, as well as in our other online and printed promotions. Your generosity will enable us to host a spectacular event. We hope you are able to contribute, and we appreciate your continued support and involvement in our community.
